Inspired by this video: [link] Who can't love a drunken Snape? Then I decided to throw Voldemort in. And then the Goblin barkeep. Basically it turned from a doodle of drunk Snape to the result of a drinking contest (which he won obviously) between him and the Dark Lord. And about the "cab," the Ministry of Magic forbids use of broomsticks while intoxicated and strongly advises against apparition due to the much higher risk of splinching.
