Just be thankful he has a shirt on. Of course I've made it a law that he what he's wearing here is the minimum amount of clothing he can have on outside of bathtime.

28 degrees is a perfectly nice temperature to go swimming in! (If you have anti-freeze for blood, that is.)
P.S. Have you ever gone on a polar bear swim, Foxy? (Is it okay if I call you that?) When you get up at five in the morning after a freezing cold night and jump in the pool? I did that at camp once and I think I was the only one who enjoyed it. xP

Mr. Freeze loves to go swimming at their place for that very reason.
I have not, I don't do cold very well. Especially wet-cold. The closest I've been is taking a cold shower after a workout. I did not like it at all, but I was all gross and grimy from sweating so hygiene trumped my comfort. If someone gave me ten million dollars I'd do a polar dip.

I just did it because it was a camp requirement and I love to swim. Actually the fact that I enjoyed it so much scared me a bit.

Yeah the 50s is when I usually need to start wearing sweatshirts over my clothes. I don't bust out the big down-filled coat until it gets to the mid or low thirties though. Which it is here. We even had snow yesterday.

Well it'd be South if any pole, but they keep the surface of their backyard pool heated so it doesn't freeze over and they swim all winter.
