One part of it anyway.The wife on the phone is referencing Marna as a baby. She's yapping with her sister who's married to Marna's father and the whole harem is up in arms about the latest arrival who isn't a womb-warrior baby from the get-go.
No regard was paid to the canon SW timeline whatsoever! It'd actually be freaky cool if it did work out.More importantly Grievous is under attack by kids again. Thankfully only three this time! The rest of the hell-spawn have been corralled by their respective moms.
