I was using this picture [link] for reference (since I have to reference even my own creations for a while before I get their designs memorized), and it turned into a follow-up picture since they're almost in the exact same places.
Even though the three younger ones habitually get on her nerves, the only genuine family hostility is between her and Typhoon. I'll bet she'd LOVE to do this.

Then Nimbostratus' reaction seems even more appropriate. He may expect his kids to argue, fight, or even get into lots of trouble but he'll be damned if they'll use homophobic slurs against their own sister.

i saw this and i thought the next scene is firefly (g1 pony that inspired lauren faust for rainbow dash. some people call firefly "ranbow's mom" walking in and breaking up everything xP lol) you did a really great job
