The part that is so funny for me, as I remember the original series and the comics based off it, is that this guy is so obviously inspired by Deaths Head. Slap a pair of tusks on him and you got the spitting image.

Woah, he seriously looks even creepier than before - these huge black feet add to the atmosphere, and his hook (where the hell did get it? it's even bigger than his current one) and the attachment to it are awesome.
