Description
Thompson M1A1.This took around 3 hours due to its simplicity, and was a side project when I did the PPSh-41. All was done by me except for the text. The star was rather a hard to do.
Same layout as usual. Dimensions are 1920 x 1080.
If released to the public in any way please link back or credit me. This was hard work that I don't want somebody to claim to have done themselves.
Anyways, plan of attack.
MG-42 ---> G-36C ---> AK-74

invented by general thompson at first calld the trench broom as it was designed to clean out trenches in ww1 and was widley used by the gangsters such as al capone during the prohibition era then, u could buy one of these guns right of the shelf of ur local general store, still although with good fire power this gun was not much of accurate du to the fact of the massive recoil from the.45 acp rounds

i prefer the Thompson over most sub machine guns, my favorite variant is the M-1928A1 which could be fitted with the magazines and drums, but had a similar build to the M1A1 with different sights, cooling fins on the barrel, and a little muzzle at the end.
beautiful job XD

i would love to see what you could do to an M1A1 Carbine!
(yeah the paratrooper one, something different than an old wood stock. the metal folder looked cool)

I'm 14. Just doing this for fun. And thank you.
What I do is I get a reference image, trace the main outline using the pen tool, find more references to get the minor details right and to use as a color palette.

that's what i do (sometimes). only i use ms paint (bitmap). I have found that you cant trace anything black with a black outline.
About fifteen years ago I use to be really REALLY good, I actually drew for military manuals, like that M1919A4. But then I lost practice. That was back when computer drawing was in its infancy. I would then print it and finish with traditional tools, scan it and be done. But alas nothing I drew for the manuals was cool, it was just cleaning the guns and operation, boring stuff. But it did teach me a lot in gun operation. After I left the military I started a real gun collection, and now have over twenty guns. And then I decided that I have all these really cool pictures, I should post it on this new-fangled inter-web, and I arrived here. Thats my story.

The M1919A4 is amazing. And kudos to you for using Paint for drawing those, it must be really tough. I tried it and just stopped. Can't wait for the pictures of your gun collection.

Oh I aint taking a picture of my guns, the ATF might come and take them. Paint really aint that tough, it only took me 5 hours for the grizzly and 4 days for the M1919. A lot of patience. (I think I have more than Yoda after this looking at it like this)
I left a message on your profile. heed those words i left.
