Okay, you said write a story in the comments; here goes: 

Ivana Custer staggered a little as she slowly made her way back to town. Probably her first mistake, she realized, was wearing those high-heeled boots out into the desert. She knew she couldn't run fast in them, but yet she thought she'd planned this kidnapping job perfectly otherwise. She looked over her shoulder and shuddered. God, how painful those arrows embedded in her skin-tight rawhide breeches were...and how embarrassed she'd be when she got back to Dodge City and anyone saw her before she could get old Doc to pluck them out of her buttocks...

She'd just gotten out of jail, where the Sheriff had given her regular spankings and paddlings every day of her two-week sentence, and she needed money. So, the Sioux were hunting buffalo nearby; kidnap Geronimo's kids and hold them for ransom, she'd thought. Easy as pie. She'd collect her ransom in fine buffalo hides if nothing else. But no sooner had she sneaked up, bent over nearly on hands and knees, to Geronimo's tent at the Native American camp than she'd heard a whistling whir behind her and then felt that first sharp sting in the middle of her right buttock. As she gasped in surprise and spun round, she saw one of the boys, bow in hand, laughing...and then another twang of a bowstring, and ouch! A second arrow in her left buttock and the laugh of another boy! Both of them had nailed her! Firing a couple of wild stray shots with her pistol and clapping a hand over her mouth to keep from squealing, she leaped behind a rock, knelt down with her rear end sticking out behind her, and looked over her shoulder again ruefully. Those awful kids had made a pincushion out of her! She winced and rubbed gingerly around each arrow. Maybe if she could pull them out herself, nobody else would have to know... she tugged at one but it was so firmly embedded it wouldn't budge... pain shot afresh through her buttock around the wound...

"Excuse me, Miss Custer?" said a quiet voice behind her. 

Ivana looked up and gasped. It was Geronimo, himself, his bow in hand! And he looked mightily displeased! 

"Miss Custer," Geronimo continued, "there was another enemy of mine, who had your last name, that my tribe met at the Little Big Horn. I will treat you more mercifully than my tribe did him, but I do not want you coming back here threatening my children again. Now, just hold your rear end still a moment..." Ivana's eyes grew wide as saucers as she saw him take aim, and... pfffffffTHAP!! Another arrow quivered in her right buttock, just a little below the first! 

"AHHH!" she gasped, jumping up and trying to rub her wounded, agonized derriere. Geronimo just laughed. "You won't sit comfortably for a while," he observed, "but maybe the boys and I have given you a lesson you'll remember!" 

And so poor Ivana had meandered back towards town, buttocks throbbing in pain... so much so that, by the time she saw the buildings of the town in the distance, it almost hurt GOOD rather than hurt BAD. She looked behind her and rubbed her butt gingerly again. She'd never had penetration like THIS before! she thought with a bright blush. Maybe she could just hug a pillow in Doc's office and let him give her a good relaxing massage, after the arrows were out... or maybe the massage would be good to loosen them...
