they can live in almost all landscapes, depending on their coat type (they havent been drawn yet, but there's thicker coats) & deserts are uninhabited by them

common types are usually used for their owner's transportation, they're almost like horses in a way. they are quick and faster than brutes

brute types are commonly leaders of the group, and the toughest of all types besides the astral ones. they move slower than common and teacup moffims

astral types are extremely rare, they are basically worshipped and are the 'grandparents' to any moffims. they're inviting to every individual. well-rounded in terms of speed and strength.

teacups are most commonly kept as pets, as they are the smallest type. they are the quickest but weakest types!

moffims resonate with their owners extremely well if they are trained of course! they can act out just as any pet could

their diet consists of plants, meat, and seafood. depending on their surroundings, they will eat what is available.

they have magical properties, though some moffs can access them better than others. it all depends on how domesticated they are really. the oldest generations and feral moffs will be in-tune with their abilities whereas domesticated moffims will have little to no knowledge of their powers. owners tend to avoid buying moffims that are associated with magic as it could be dangerous to them or their families.

most moffs are still feral however! most clans tend to stay near the astral moffim's den and raise their offspring there. small clans will leave, or one on its own to start their life elsewhere.

if injured or sick, they can return to their homeland to be healed by the astral moff. of course, they could try to heal themselves but it would take an extremely long time (weeks even). domesticated moffims can be healed with medicines
