Ivan was just an ordinary doctor who helped many of his patients, but he began to hear voices about a sick plague that would consume the world, later he began to see people infected by this "Plague" and began helping them but it would leave the person in worse or even death to them, now with a group of others plague members he begins to try to save them, the last word you ever hear before he put you down is " Follow the Plague"
