Lacey stores power in their tail and unleashes it in a flurry of what look to be leaves.

Hooves are sometimes laced with poison- one good touch and you'll be down and out.
Move 3: Magnet Rise
Electic current so strong it is able to let Lacey float for a brief time.
Move 4: Thunderbolt
Lets loose a strong zap of electicity from the power in their tail.

Very thin body wool, well kept, except for the head wool- which is purposefully messy to make some sort of statement they say. Their clothing is hand (or hooved!) crafted and one of a kind. Although preferring to stand upright to free their hooves, Lacey gets from place to place on all fours if they are in a hurry.

Personality
Lacey is a soft spoken Pokemon with an eye for detail- which makes them over think a lot of things. It's hard to tell exactly what they're thinking in situations- most of the time they've probably already zoned out of the conversation. Slightly germaphobic- will not eat or touch anything without their hooves being washed, as they absolutely hate having anything on their hooves- they also greatly dislike paint and dirt.
History
Lacey always lived in Tabira, they've never gone anywhere, or done anything. There was a day when Lacey decided that sitting around was not an option anymore- they would become dependent. Which seemed like an easy task as the Mareep had always held a talent for sewing and decorating.

But there was just too many competitors in Tabira...

That's when them and their partner hatched an idea. Use the guilds- if they built up a reputation of being important guild members it's sure to attract more customers to their ever growing supply of clothing!

Let's just hope they wont have to get dirty.

Move 1: Thief
Dae sneaks behind and swiftly nabs an item from an ememy.
Move 2: Swords Dance
Rather than a dance, Dae... poses along with the mental images of swords that appear. They get pumped up afterward and deal more damage.
Move 3: Arial Ace
Dashing at high speed, Dae uppercuts an enemy, hopefully knocking it into the air.
Move 4: Payback
Enraged after being beat down, Dae returns the favor and strikes with all their might. Deals more damage the more beat up they are.

Dae is quite the character. They prefer to keep their life a secret, only saying they've always had a knack for fashion. They often wear their best works, parading around in it to "attract business" as they would say. Honestly it's just an excuse to look fab and pose a lot to them, but they'd never admit it.

Personality
They may seem like a pretentious prick on first sight, but Dae is actually very insightful and can be a great listener, and can even be an invaluable friend, if you can put up with their... elegant personality. They don't usually refer to others by name, calling everyone "sweetie, darling, love, etc." They very rarely use names to refer to anyone else, unless they're talking about them to someone.
They have a very simplistic view on fashion, despite being so involved in it, being more concerned with how clothes feel rather than look. As a result, they don't put a whole lot of detail into the outside, just enough to give it that little "flare" or "pop." They prefer to make their clothes as comfortable as possible. "Why have something that looks great when you can have something that feels fantastic~?" As they would say.

History
Dae always was the obnoxious one in their group of friends, and took on making clothes at a young age. They used to focus more on outer details and patterns, but gradually started to lose interest, focusing more on the inner details, like making them much comfier to wear. It was a hobby at first, but they eventually met Lacey and decided to turn it into a business.
