You might be right. I think I remember flying through a storm like this in Neptune's atmosphere. The lightening bolts are thousands of miles long. If one zaps you, you're finished. The planet's blue atmosphere is like your fractal.

This is so wild! It reminds me of those magic balls that have static electricity arcing outward when you move your hands near them. It's a beautiful, magic pattern, and I really like the shades of blue here.
