Thank you so much! But I can't take credit for the words, they're a Christmas song. I do like to write, but I don't think I'm carol caliber yet.

Now this may sound odd but what flashed in my head while viewing this is the 1930's version of Little Women, the one Katherine Hepburn was in. I think maybe it's the colors, they're so very soft and vintage. Plus such a great deal of the story seems to take place in the winter that it's not a stretch to imagine one of the girls looking out your frosty window and watching for Marmy to get home.

Hey Girl,
There is nothing 'usual' about this lovely and seasonal piece of art! It is breathtaking! Love the coloring! It looks to me like Jack Frost became an alchemist, and changed the frost to pewter! A very strikingly beautiful work!

Awww...thanks for the great comment Dave! I love playing with the winter colors, that the snow, sun and light create - which include lavendar and sometimes purple!

That's very much like frost that accumulates on our back windows. You have a winning combination here...Bryce and fractal are good companions.

It's a fantastic render, Anita, and quite a departure from your "tropical" fare. I love the tropics, though. Winter will be here soon enough, so I still like seeing those warm colors and patterns!
