I like it. 
All that "Bored" text is too strong; it's taking my attention away from the girl. Make the background only half opacity. It'll really help force her up to the front.

Very nice. I'm really loving this character's design. Gotta love a girl who knows how to multi-task.
The text in the background adds a nice effect. Out of curiosity, is she wearing two t-shirts - one above the other - or is it one tailor-made garment? The way the fabric sort of folds over itself after her first pair of breasts made me wonder.
