City of Heroes got another free expansion not too long ago and it gave heroes and villains access to "new" powers and also gave players additional character slots. So I made a new hero named Psyberia, an Ice Blast/Mental Manipulation Blaster.Psyberia's a mutant who's primary ability is to psionically manipulate the moisture in the air to create ice. Though, more recently he's exhibiting more traditional psychic abilities such as confusing foes or attacking their minds directly...though his ice based powers are still his power of choice.

Glad ya like. I don't know how many iterations of the effects I went through cause at times it all just seemed like too much...but I had that idea for the ice parts that I really wanted to do and eventually it all fell into place.

I do, and I can relate constantly trying different effects over and over again until something clicks--sometimes you just *know* something will look awesome . . .if only you can get it looking right. *L*

That looks awesome! Great work as always. I just made two toons yesterday, Cold/Ice defender and Fire/Storm corruptor. Both are extremely fun.

You should have fun with them...I have an Ice/Cold Corr which is a lot of fun....and you can never go wrong with Storm.
