Description Its the characters from Howls Moving Castle, arguably my favorite Studio Ghibli movie (arguably because I love all the movies, even the ones I havent seen yet xD)

Anyway, this drawing probably took me the longest to finish than any of my other drawings (and I had a limited amount of time to draw it! If it wasnt for the limited time, which was a week, I probably would have worked on it longer lol. The first 3 days was planning, and the last 4 was drawing and coloring. On the last day I actually worked for 7 hours non stop trying to finish it xD! longest I ever drew in one sitting)

And enough about how long took, I hope you like it, and please tell me what you thing~

..Dude, seriously, why doesn't this have more comments? XD I think there should be about a billion and eight pages. I think the #1 thing I love about this drawing, is the beautiful shading and wrinkles on their clothes. It's so detailed, I can't look away o_o Lol anyway, love it!

THIS IS AWESOME! Ikr!? I love all their films! I have a lot of them on dvd XD I wanna see the Secret World of Arietty! This is really cool! Wait. This is traditional! Wow! That makes this even more amazing! What did you use? I'm a beginner & I'm experimenting with cheap mediums (meaning crayons & color pencils & not copic markers) Whatever you used, this came out really nice! I can never get the wrinkles on clothing!

Oh thanks ! Yeah, I really want to see the Secret World of Arrietty too! xD

Cheap mediums like colored pencils, huh? lol well thats what I used xD! Colored pencils; a mix of Crayola, and watercolor pencils. I also used charcoal for the black shading, and just a regular mechanical pencil for the castle. (You can do a lot with your everyday art supplies xD) But I really would like to have copic markers. They are too expensive though T^T! So i have to save up for them

Well no. They're not cheap XD I use crayola color pencils and crayons I have a lot of room for improvement and hope to get a lot better at drawing Yes you can do a lot with your everyday art supplies That's all I use. Oh & obviously a pencil. I don't use mechanical ones though. I wish I had more time to be able to do a complete drawing & not what I do. That way it'd look nice & I might actually be proud of it. Well you did a very nice job! Coloring takes a lot of patience & I get lazy with it after a while & it comes out messy

Yeah, it is xD! Thank you! And yeah! I really love spirited away too! I watched it just a few days ago in fact lol. And I'm actually about to watch castle in the sky! I like loaded it on my computer so its ready to watch, but I havent been able to see it yet because I had to finish this drawing x'D

castle in the sky is amazing. but i think howls moving castle has the best mix of characters. realy cool i also liked arriety, the newest one :3

Thank you ^_^! Oh, and have you seen the new Studio Ghibli Movie, The Secret World of Arrietty?? I really really want to see it DX!! But I probably cant because I dont live anywhere near a movie theater lol ! However when it comes out on DVD I will definetly get it xD!

haha yes!! It was BEAUTIFUL!! I saw the Japanese dub (with English subs) online back in November and
then went to go see it in theaters on it's premier date! I will definitely be buying it when it comes out!

lol Lucky! everyone has seen it T^T! I dont want to watch it in subs because I really like the english versions they do (the voice acting is always great xD!)But as to show how much I want to see the movie my next drawing is going to be Arrietty xDDD!!! mwahaha, I'm almost done lol

I already started, and its only arrietty ! gaah, its too late T^T! lol I seriously was going to draw the both of them, but then I saw a pic of arreitty looking in a mirror ring thingy and thought that it would be really cool to draw something like that... ;_;
