So...smooth...and I know most have said this before, but an animation like this that runs so fluently would just make me stare at it for a while.

It's hand-drawn frame by frame by a single person, not put together by an entire team of animators in Flash. Don't get me wrong, My Little Pony is beautifully animated, but good artists can appreciate the time and skill that can go into something like this, even though the final product may not be as grand as a professional production.

This must of taken over 3 1/2 days to finish. The frame by frame animation is soo smooth. How many frames total?

Pretty good overall. I'd say that the end throw is good, but her just standing there is a little off. While standing there, everything is moving and even. Don't be afraid to hold frames, not every part of the character has to be in motion all the time. The dog is better overall I'd say, though still a little even in the motion at parts. I know these are mostly nitpicks, but it's the little things that will push it to the next level.
