Damn this shirt was tight on me before now its a tent lol.Just one stone left to go now. from 260lbs to 123lb at the moment. Its taken me 5 years to get this far, from size 26uk to now 6-8 UK, (2-4US) with the last stone should be able to get into the legendry size zero (UK size 4) my goal is 109lbs which will be at the lowest end area of the healthy/normal weight range for my 5 foot 4 height. Hah Im stil am the heaviest of my mum, brother and sister.. my familly is basically all slender and taller as well..
