What if Kal-el was found by Ben and May Parker?

It's a cold night as a young Ben and May Parker sit and watch T.V in their Queens home. They've been trying to have a child for some time, Ben's brother and his wife had recently had a child of their own who they have named Peter, and Ben and May decided it was time for a child of their own. Sadly they keep failing little did they know something was coming their way. On a planet far away from Earth known as Krypton the planet eater, Galactus begins to feed on Krypton's core. Scientist Jor-El had warned his council of the oncoming threat and tried to push for an evacuation but no one listened to his warnings. He managed to build an escape pod but only big enough for his newborn son. Kal-El, he had sent to coordinates for a simple planet; Earth. And so Jor-el watched as his son rocketed off from the destruction of his home planet. The rocket flew at incredible speed and crashed through the roof of Ben and May's home landing in the basement. Both were initially shocked and terrified by the event but calmed down after upon investigation found the baby Kal-el. They decided to raise the child and claim it as their own. Ben managed to repair the damage and hide the rocket, as for the name of their new baby the two settled on the name Clark.
