Yeah...that would have been WAY outside of my zone. Every now and then I attempt to figure out digital and then I just get frustrated and annoyed and go back to ink.

This is brilliant! I've never seen so many different inking techniques used together so chaotically, yet so coherently. There are broad smudges of ink accented with smooth flowing arcs, which are further pierced with jagged neurotic angles, and that's just describing the piece plainly. Like a piece of music, each different type of pen and ink stroke adds to the overall character of the dragon.

It's a lovely image, and I love the whole 'mucky but not' vibe it gives me. Reminds me of when I was playing with ink in art classes.
