Description
Curve 3 was knocking all of the sleds around during the Men's Single on Day 2 of the Viessmann FIL Luge World Cup in Park City this weekend.Β I have no idea why so many were struggling with it more than usual, but shit happens. I mean, it happens. Here forerunner #2 slides through curve 4 after curve 3 apparently did what it does best to the best in the world. He was okay.

Β I liked that the diagram and his position in this photo were similar as well.

He was alright, and that's the whole reason we have forerunners, but that curve was giving a lot of people trouble all day. I could hear them coming out of the chute after curve three and their sleds hitting the wall before they even showed up in four.Β

I'm glad of that, but it also highlights just how dangerous a sport it can be.
