I think it turned out good, but I think I could add more stuff ;A; Dunno wut.
I literaly have those leave brushes for 3 years, and this is the first time I try them
it made the background look windy xD I like that~ I think i've tryed that pose yet, but if i did, that means i really like it
I made prevy people laugh. I hope you know why.

Anyways... Maybe if I remember something I'll add c: 'cuz the guy who commished me really deservs it.

Well, I think it looks amazing but since I haven't commented a single piece of art that you've made in a long while - I feel like adding some points you could try to think a little bit on. Also - this is going to be a shit-long comment so I'm just giving you a head's up! c:
To start off - I love how much you've improved on the shading and the highlighting part. You should try avoiding white highlighting more often. 
As for the pose - I am a pervy person when it comes down to it, but I didn't notice the paws until I read the artist comment, so don't worry about that. xD Anyway, I think you should have drawn the upper part of the left ( Pictured view ) front arm just a tiny bit outside of the chest, or else the arm looks WAY longer than the one on the left. Now the wings look good, but it would have been a bit more dramatic if you would have drawn the outer wing bone on the left twisting inwards, as if the character just flew up in the sky you know. And drawn the other outer wing bone with a little bit of wing membrance on the right side of the picture just appearing in the middle of the acutal wing and the tree below.
And of course the background - It looks amazing, but the trees kind of ruins it for me. Not the actual trees, but the fact that they have barely no shading.That is an important part when it comes to using brushes like the ones you just used - Always put shading on them or they'll look too plain. The lightning looks good but I think you could have divided the lightning just like this - [link]
Aaaand always remember to study the kind of background you're going to draw in before hand. Just search up pictures on google and study them to make sure your backgrounds are more realistic looking.
Overall I think this picture is amazing. All of the things I just pointed out was just to help you improve to become an even better artist, so don't think I pointed them out just because I wanted you to feel bad or anything like that. Anyway, good job and I look forward to see your next piece, bro. 8'D

Holy crap shits big.
I noticed that shading thing right after I uploaded it ._.
I made this too fast, I wanted to be good but also i was too lazy to do something else xD I've thought on that arm thingy also, but also thought it made no diference ._.
I didn't know wth to add more in the background, it looked too empty so I added random trees with the brusshes xD
the same thing has background, I love to make clouds, but I'm lazy at doing other stuff. 
Btw, about the wings I'm still praticing to do those crazy twists, I'm not very good at them, everyday I'm doodlinnn~~
