I'm glad =NTDevont was nice enough to let me color it :3
I hope it doesn't get too much attention though, I'd feel bad if it did since I didn't draw it XD
I promise you guys I'll post something I actually drew next time (or the time after depends on which picture I finish first)
It's been a while since I seriously colored something in SAI~! I still have no clue how to color hair though LOL

I used to use Photoshop but for this picture I used Paint Tool SAI.
Thats a pretty vague question (lol) but if you talking about the coloring, in SAI its a combimation between the brush and the water brush tool.
In Photoshop you can get a similar effect by using the aibrush, the smudge, and the blur tool. The effects wont be the same as this though because SAI and Photoshop are completely different.
I think with Photoshop you would need a more patience and skill than you would need in SAI to get it to look like this(hints why I cheat and use the easier program XD.
When using the airbrush tool you kinda have to play around with the pressure setting to get it to look right.
