Description
So, this was a AU which I had thought up a couple of weeks ago.
In this AU some monsters use a kind of power called Neon, which Frisk can borrow
and Chara can take. It's a bit like Infamous Second Son, but different. (no one is a conduit)

((If you have no idea what I'm talking about, go buy the game. It's pretty great. If you can't afford it
several YouTubers have played it. ))

When their powers are being used they go white, and swirls of the colors come off of them and
can be used in awesome attacks.

If Frisk and Chara can't use a power, instead they have to dodge the liquid type of attacks.
If they have a power, they can use it against them.

Except for Sans's all of the monsters use liquid. Sans uses both a color kind of move where
it's literally light, and spewing goo attack from the gaster blasters.
