yeah I know XD It was a really cool one ^^ but I don't know how Ultranationalists could move a tank into the Zone in CoD Pardon me but smuggle guns one thing but a tank ?  Probably from Russia to Belarus then through Belarus to the Zone O_O Only one way I see it or it's a abandon tank before the explosion in 1986 and was restored.

Cool and maybe they paid people to look the other way while they smuggled em because remember these guys got major $$$ to buy tons of weapons and ect

It does look a lot like the COD4 flashback mission in Chernobyl, when you try to snipe Imran Zakhaev, and hide near a ferris wheel wile waiting for the evac chopper.
