The Pyro, from Valve's Team Fortress 2. There's some ambiguity about this character, and a lot of people have theorized that it's actually a woman . . . and well, me, I support equal-rights lunacy, so the idea of the character who laughs maniacally, sets people on fire, hits them with fire axes, and uses Hadouken as a taunt being actually a woman was irresistible.

Me being me, though, I had to overthink it. First off, this can't be some kind of sex-goddess Playboy bunny; a more exaggerated figure would be a lot harder to hide, big suit or no, and the sort of person who never unmasks and spends all their time burning people to death probably wouldn't go in for fancy lingerie. Long hair? Highly unlikely: uncomfortable, gets caught in the mask, too likely to get burnt off. And running around a fortress all day, carrying a gigantic flamethrower, argues for some physical strength.

And so here we have the female RED Pyro, taking a moment of privacy in an otherwise-unoccupied locker room to get into her fire suit. Or she was, until our unnamed viewer walked in. Is it the Sniper? The Spy? Who knows? All that's certain is that they're going to be dead soon.

I couldn't resist giving the Pyro flame-print underwear, though. Not quite as sensible as I thought, it seems.

And yes, that is a Jarate jar on the shelf of her locker. The label on it says "In case of peeping Spies." Given the way Spies react to Jarate, and the evident glee the Pyro takes in hurting people, it wouldn't surprise me at all if she doubles the insult by setting her own Spy on fire and then dousing him with Jarate.
