i love how this is turning out sir, but i have one complaint.
the colors your using dont really match the ship. the use of Greens and Orange dont look right imo, i think for a vessel such as this one it should have more whites and silver "metal" colors along with a touch of Copper color here and there like todays ISS.
other then that this ship is AWESOME!

Thanks mate Yep these colors are just the temp ones so far, really just to differentiate between objects, except for the overall white and the gold foil. I am currently working on a white foil and a silver foil

Lol, yep - that's the one. Just the "longness" of it made me think of it though I've been watching hims since before Avatar and I was shocked the person who did those scenes was on dA when he submitted them

Thing that a lot of DA haters don't realize - that leave and say 'DA is full of crap and bad art' is that there are a lot of professional artists here. Yeah my thoughts for making it long was to separate the crew sections from the nuclear emissions of the engine section Three things needed for safety in nuclear propulsion (from my time aboard nuclear subs) is Time, Distance & Shielding
