Evolves from Glaceon at level 65 in a snowstorm while holding a metal coat.
Trainers who try to give their Glaceons an extra sheet of protection in form of a metall coat, might be surprised, what happens in a snowstorm. The sheer temperature drop which can occur in these storms let the metal coat irrevocable freeze tight to Glaceons brittle ice body. This sensation seems to trigger spark inside of Glaceon causing it to evolve.
Frosteons are much fiercer than their prevolution. Through their gained resistances they never shy away from a battle. Though their temper seem to heat up in battle, they always keep a cool head.
