Paroulee the Paradox Pokemon
Type: Normal/Ghost
Ability: Paradox - has 30% chance of confusing a foe on contact.
Evolves from Eevee at level 65 if fainted and revived in one battle.
Eevees who have such an extraordinary bond with their trainers and stay in their base form very long will sadly but eventually will face a battle they can't win. But the strongest of those Eevees who want to protect their beloved trainer refuse to be defeated. Even fainted their will to go on lingers in them. This triggers a strange reaction where a strange power beyond its normal capabilties seem to manifest in them causing it to evolve.
Scientests are very interested in Paroulees. This is because they seem to be alive and dead at the same time. The more they try to unravel this mystery the more confusing it gets.
Only their trainer seem to know what they really are. They are just their trustful partners for eternity.
