Sometimes, at the laboratory, we get clients to come to us with very specific requests. Sometimes these are inspired by works of fiction, or original ideas and desires. Whatever the source, there's very little we'll say 'no' to. Especially if you pay upfront! And that's exactly what Ms. Sandy did. With her request, several images and specifications were sent over to us. Dr. Summers took the lead on this one, and worked with Ms. Belle to design and create a treatment that would both offer the aesthetic the client wanted, as well as providing certain amounts of functionality and livability. Ms. Belle went out of her way to ensure a high level of authenticity when what the client wanted.

It took a few weeks to formulate, but finally Dr. Summers and Ms. Belle had a workable treatment, and it was presented to Ms. Sandy. Because the desired result was rather complicated, it was decided to delivery the treatment in stages. Ms. Sandy was first brought in for a simple colour change to her skin, which went as planned and was fairly straight forward. A week later, the second treatment, specially designed by Ms. Belle, changed the eye pigmentation and colour, as well as giving Ms. Sandy the brightly coloured horn like appendages. And then finally she was called in a third time to have the specifically requested wings form on her back. We're glad this was done in stages, otherwise in one treatment, it may have backfired. Ms. Sandy is recovering well and we're keeping a watchful eye on her over the next few weeks.
