Description Ms. Crystal has been with us for a few weeks now.  Since her initial treatment resulting in her tiny Fairy and Feline form, she's made great strides adjusting.  Getting used to her new size and her wings is no small feat, and we've done everything we can to help her adapt to her new life.  Physiotherapy is going well, and she nearly has full control of her wings.  We estimate it'll be several months before she's able to fully control them on natural impulse, but a transition like this is to be expected with the addition of a completely new set of appendages.  That being said, we had some major concerns about her safety.  Whilst willing, Ms. Crystal is a little... too willing.  We've witnessed her fall from chairs, fly into objects... She seems a bit clumsy, in all honesty.  We approached her with our concerns, and advised that if she continued like this that she was liable to hurt herself.  Rather endearingly, she claimed it was "the only way she'd learn".  Dr. Summers and Ms. Belle decided they'd try to help her.  Their solution was rather radical.

Ms. Crystal was called in and asked if she'd be willing to undergo a bout of testing for us.  We explained it was specifically for small and new flyers such as herself.  She happily agreed, and soon, Dr. Summers was administering the new treatment.  Of course, we'd sort of misdirected Ms. Crystal a little.  We knew what would happen, but decided this was the best way to ensure she wouldn't injure herself.  The treatment was designed to be temporary, of course.  Until she could learn how to fly better.  Dr. Summers administered the treatment, which rather quickly converted Ms. Crystal's body into a light a stretchy rubber like substance.  The idea was that she'd be able to fly easier, and if she did crash, she wouldn't hurt herself.  Ms. Crystal seems surprised by the change, but already we've seen her improve.  Our only concern is that because Ms. Crystal underwent such a severe change the first time, we're noticing some side effects with this treatment.  Most notably that it's lasting a lot longer than we expected.  We're beginning to fear it may be permanent.  Still though... Safety first?

So, is that a way to keep her grounded?

More a way to keep her resilient and safe if she crashes into things and knocks them over.  The batteries are a result of her being clumsy, not us trying to pin her down.
