Following the success of our work and it's growing popularity, it's to be expected that other companies and laboratories would try to mimic our approach to business. We've encountered a few companies like this in the past, but never has it directly impacted us in a way such as this. This morning, Dr. Penny and Ms. Grace arrived at the laboratory to find a large, tightly inflated beach ball with some rather unique and curious markings on it. The ball merely wobbled slightly, completely inanimate at this point. The two immediately realised this was the result of some treatment and decided to watch back the nights security footage, in an attempt to figure out exactly what had happened. The footage showed a short, brightly coloured girl who appeared to be a hybrid between a bat and a deer, sneak into the laboratory and fumble around inside one of Dr. Penny's storage units. Amidst this, she fumbles, dropping a vial onto herself. Dr. Penny couldn't help but giggle as she watched the deer-bat shift and change into a rubbery version of herself, before expanding rapidly into a huge, round, taut beach ball.

Fortunately for our little (formerly little) intruder, Dr. Penny was able to identify which vial caused the transformation and believes that she may be able to reverse the changes. However, there's a lot of discussion going on at the moment. Should we reverse the transformation? Who's liable for this? What are the legal ramifications? Ultimately, do we want to waste time and resources to rescue someone who broke into our laboratory for nefarious ends. Dr. Grey took a strong stance on this, stating we should help them. At the very least, it's an experiment for us. Additionally, if we reversed the treatment, we may be able to find out who sent this girl to steal some of our treatments. However, even with the go ahead from the higher ups, Dr. Penny believes it may be a few weeks before we can restore the girl to normal...
