It's not uncommon for businesses to come to us and ask about certain treatments or possible treatments that they could use to help their interests. This can be from marketing, to products, to a new for staff, you name it. We recently teamed up with a local maid café, who were looking for ways to engage with their customers. We'd even helped them in the past, giving some cat features to a few of their willing employees. One such employee was Ms. Myst, who had been signed up to test out some of the new treatments we were working on for the café. We were looking into products that we could make that the café could sell or rent out, items that would appeal to their clientele. One of the ideas put forward was a treatment that would temporarily transform people into an item that could be rented by their customers. We brainstormed a few ideas and before long we had a prototype ready to test.

Ms. Myst had been briefed on the plan, however she seemed a little reluctant. We assured her that we were confident the transformation would be temporary (regardless we always make sure to have the relevant paperwork signed) and the testing began. Dr. Masters and Dr. Penny were on hand to deliver the treatment, watching as Ms. Myst's form seemed to reduce in one dimension, leaving her flattened and compressed. Her form then seemed to swell outward, creating a new mass behind the flattened image of Ms. Myst, one of a long, comfy body pillow. Her employers seemed delighted with the change, though we expect it'll take Ms. Myst some time to get used to being two-dimensional. She'll remain with us at the laboratory until she reverts back to normal, which should be within a few days.
