Because our laboratory often uses the alteration of genetics to create some of our treatments, it's incredibly important to us that we have a diverse catalogue of information to draw from. We pride ourselves on having a firm understanding of genetics, and documenting all we can about a variety of species so that we can better enact our treatments. However, there are still a large number of uncommon creatures that we don't have the best understanding off. We've often been asked to create treatments based on characters most would believe fictional, such as Pokémon and fantasy races. So, whenever we learn of a living Pokémon, we'll do all we can to reach out and learn all we can. Ms. Margarita was one such contact, a humanoid Magcargo type Pokémon, who's origin we were unsure of.

When we reached out, Ms. Margarita was quick to respond, and was happy to come visit us at the laboratory. She stayed for a few days, interacted with some our staff. We were able to learn a lot, and I think it will really help us when we try to create Pokémon treatments in the future. Ms. Margarita herself has been great to interact with, and also an incredible cook!
