the thing that always bothered me, why all the main characters are always with a good hairdressing, i mean what difference would it be if the guy standing on the edge there was bold on top and had some hair from the sides + a not very big belly hanging out just to show that he can be more natural.

I use a photo ref for the sky, then paint on top of it. The rest is painted on 3D render.
