THE ALL NEW LCARS NEON SYSTEMS-01 theme for DesktopX and Rainmeter.The screen capture does not give justice to this highly visual theme. When this theme is posted here the appropriate credits (Rainmeter Modules) will be given.
Do not panic about all the animation etc that is going on as all the graphics and animations have been optimized for LOW cpu and ram usage. No need to turn off animations in this theme.

Next time if you are using someone elses graphics or works give credit to the original artist otherwise its theft. Its so easy to give credit to the person that has done all the HARD work.

Keep your fingers crossed. I am completely rebuilding and redesigning this theme. At this stage all is going well but it is a big job.

SORRY GUYS. AT THIS STAGE I WILL NOT BE POSTING THIS THEME OR ANY OTHER DESKTOPX THEME. 2 DAYS AGO NEITHER DESKTOPX BUILDER OR CLIENT WOULD RUN. GOT THAT ANNOYING WINDOW SAYING IT HAD TO BE CLOSED IN WIN 7. I HAD TO COMPLETELY REMOVE EVERYTHING FROM MY SYSTEM FOR DESKTOPX AND RE-INSTALL IT. IT NOW RUNS BUT THE Z-ORDER FOR ALL THE ELEMENTS IS SCREWED UP. I CAN'T TRUST IT THAT ALL ELEMENTS WILL HAVE THE CORRECT Z-ORDER FOR ALL OF YOU. I REALLY WISH THAT STARDOCK WOULD GET THERE ACTS TOGETHER AND FIX THESE ANNOYING BUGS, BUT THEY WONT. THIS IS WHY THERE ARE NO ELABORATE DESKTOX THEMES ANYMORE LIKE THERE WAS BACK IN THE DAYS OF DESKTOPX 1.3. STILL THE BEST VERSION. I MEAN VERSION 3.5 WHICH IS THE LATEST VERSION DOES NOT HAVE SUPPORT FOR THE SYSTEM TRAY IN VISTA AND WINDOWS 7. RIDICULOUS.

As usual Wincustomize is stuffing me around so it will NOT be posted there. We have a website at Customize.org([link] ) and here.
It is hard work creating something like this and as a skinner all I want is to be treated with respect as we deserve. It is us artists that help make them(Stardock and Wincustomize) money and sells there software. unbelievable.
