Cutiemark: blob of blue sky with stars, a crescent moon and a planet (the big circle below the moon)

Place of Residence: on the very very outskirts of the Moonlight Tribe's land, near a lake.

Additional info: She is incapable of flying, her wings can't seem to work well enough to fly; they can flap all they want but she will never get off the ground. she also usually will be carrying a bag with pens paper ink and such in there to map out the stars but i didn't draw that yet.she also usually will have a lantern but i didn't draw that either. Bella also knows almost everything there is to possible know about the stars and planets and almost everything in the sky. She's usually very calm and quiet and quite "motherly" even though she has no need what so ever to have her own child. she will try to let people know what they are going through will get better without saying "it will get better" since that seems to never work well.

A little warning to everypony, she tends to be.. horribly pessimistic about almost everything, and knowing that tries not to talk to many ponies in fear she'll end up scaring them away anyway. to her it's best not to talk to ponies then to talk to them and watch them slowly back away from her.
