Constance pretty much is fine iwth you touchin anywhere. the yellow is only if you ONLY touch that and nothin of her actual body and like you're trying to be intimate
and blue is only if you tug (or poke in the eyes' case)
so you can touch her hair and she's fine with it.

oh and i couldn't really show it from this angle but the red on her legs are meant to be the back of her legs. for some reason she really likes the back of her legs touched. as well as her neck and hands, though there's a reason behind both of them, and then her cheeks she loves having her cheeks touched (though not really squished) everything else is pretty self explanitory.
