Description
I've had this character...well almost as long as Undertale's been out. But I never really drew her. So here she is. My Undertale OC/Insert. Her name is Blue, she has a twin named Berry. She and Berry fell down Mt. Ebott not long after Chara had fallen.

From there I have two versions of their story:
1, being after what happened with Chara and Asriel, Blue and Berry also both died. Becoming spirits that both followed Frisk on their journey.

Or 2. After Asgore declared war on all humans, Toriel took the twins away to the Ruins with her in order to make sure they were safe. Since then they've grown up and tried to help with the other humans that fell.

Despite humans being the cause of her missing eye and having fallen down Mt. Ebott in the first place; Blue is a cheerful spirit who seems to refuse to hate anyone. She might be huffy but she's rarely one to be mad. The loss of the other children hurts but she's always been one to be excited about everything and anything. her favorite hobby is gossip talk.
