The image came after seeing some great art in a book covering fan-art of the 8-bit era, aptly named "I am 8-bit" (see my site for links). This image started out fun, but certainly dragged on. I believe I've decided it's more fun drawing over colouring. More experimentation to come, but of course.

That is just...sad, I loved Bubble Bobble (the name was somethign like that). You seem to have a great way with this kind of drawing (the bubbles are just great) why don't you draw something cute for a change?
