Please be sure to visit 2D Forever if you haven't already! (Maybe visit it again?)Panzer Dragoon Saga, one my all-time favourite games. In fact, the whole Panzer Dragoon universe was fantastic - even the more recent Orta was surprisingly good!
Here we have Azel riding her imposing dragon, Atolm. This is a scene from Panzer Dragoon Saga where you, as Edge (in the 3rd panel), first have to fight Azel - I can remember being amazed by the size of Atolm when I first saw him! After a while, Azel commands her dragon to let loose a fierce move called Berserker Rage. She calls out 'Ne-Rai' which roughly means 'Aim', but I always liked the meaning I once read in a magazine, 'Rain death on him'.
I've had this hidden away in my to-do pile for some time and I'm glad I took another look at it. The first panel was bugging me for ages, I eventually scrapped that panel and did something completely different. I love it when that actually works.

Ooh, I don't know about XBLA, I would feel the need to re-buy them. I hate that. I almost did as it was re-released in Japan for the PS2, but I managed not to!

oh man i loved Panzer Dragoon on the Saturn when i played it.. never did get in touch with the series again after that

They only got better after the 1st Panzer. Highly recommended if you get the opportunity!

I've seen and played some lookalikes tho but they dun seem to hit the spot..
that PS3 title Lair looks cool in the Panzer spirit but still.. meh i'm hoping for a new in the series

Ah, that Lair game isn't Panzer Dragoon though! Where's the Sega-type fun?? Yeah, Orta is the latest (and probably last) - play it if you get the chance, it's a good representation of the older titles.

This particular one is one large picture, I like to do it all in one go so I can get a decent view of how each cell works with each other.

I'd love to print it, but there's rules against fan-art printing unfortunately! But I would love to see it big... maybe I'll get one for my own use perhaps, it'll keep me amused

I was playing through it again not so long ago, came upto the fourth disc and then stopped. I don't know why. Probably the thought of going through the tower for the first time...
Still, I love it.

Great art as always! I really think the painting style gives it an epic feeling. The tall frames help that too. 
I only have the original and Zwei unfortunately, although I do love them and consider them classics.
My brother once had the chance to own Saga. I can't remember why he never got it.

Ah, he's probably missed out now as it's one of the most expensive retro games out there! Worth it if you can get it though, it's such a fantastic game.

Yeah that's what frustrated me so much! The Saturn has some really rare gems.
