The 2D cosplayer does have teeth and eyes - he or she is using black sclera contacts (contacts that cover the whites of your eyes; you can find and buy them here: [link] ) and likely is using black caps over her/his two front teeth.

That's cool. i wish i can go. for that Avatar costume she's wearing, i can do a better job being one. i actually have long hair down to my calves.i also have blue body paint and go with actual loin cloth and torso clothes! i'm going to be a navi this coming Halloween...maybe.
