This was a request made by RRainbow37, link: www.deviantart.com/rrainbow37 , where I was asked to draw a pic of Samus Aran from the Metroid series and Princess Daisy from the Super Mario series performing handstands together, with Daisy slightly struggling with the task. But given how familiar we are with Daisy's character, she can be very persistent and tenacious. Both are dressed in their respective "sports"-wear for this acrobatic stance, with Samus's outfit being more reminiscent of her alternative outfit from Super Smash Bros. Ironically enough, I treat this like a Smash Bros. scenario, like one of it's competitions, challenges, or training simulations. And for context, perhaps Daisy's learning how to perform and hold a handstand from Samus as some form of training, or exercise. And from the pic, it does seem like she's committed to it . This is actually my first time drawing handstands, so this was quite the concerning request to draw. I had to use references in order to get the posture looking somewhat accurate, though I could be a bit off. I also went with a different look for the drawing when editing, something reminiscent to Little Mac's SSB Wii U trailer as a means of emphasizing the physicality of this affair. I hope it turned out alright for you guys.
