Description I apologize for this, but it's show your manga collection week at And I REALLY wanted to participate.

This is why I can't afford to cosplay as much as I would like. I regret nothing.

Also, I no I do not just randomly not own volume 3 of FMA; I was reading it right before I took the picture and forgot to put it back. Yes I do own two copies of volume 1, but one is a special edition.

I also own two copies of Avatar: the Last Airbender, book 1, but that's kind of a long story.

I ALSO own two copies each of volumes 3 and 4 of Evangelion because I live at two houses, and that's the manga I read when I feel like crap and I wanted to always have it on hand. I have them pretty much memorized.

I haven't counted, but let me see right now:

Looks like rougly 218 volumes of manga total (including duplicates, but I'm too lazy to count carefully right now), 11 seasons of anime (assuming EVA is a one season show and not including duplicates), 57 monthly shonen jumps (english), 8 weekly shonen jumps (japanese, which I don't speak), 8 miscellaneous anime DVDs, 1 set of custom Grell teeth, 1 autograph by Vic Mignogna, and 4 fanbooks. Yeah, I am a nerd.

Well, I live at two houses since my parents are divorced, so I get duplicates of some of my very favorites that I read all the time so that I am never without them, and I bought FMA volumes 1-13 before the box set came out, but it was cheaper for me to buy the complete box set than to just buy the rest of the volumes, so I did so; but now I have 1-13 twice. I also have two copies of Avatar book 1 because I lost one, bought a replacement, and then found it again. I'm not as bad as I seem!

uh huh! suuuureeee! I bought the first 3 dvds of avatar individually because it was coming out at the time. then I stopped getting them for a stupid reason. then when the movie came out I finished my collection. do your parents even know your money goes to things you already have!!!

Well, they knew about the Evangelion duplicates because it's what I read when I'm depressed so they helped me buy the second set. The FMA my mom agreed with because she didn't want me to spend extra on the books. And they bought me the second copy of the ATLA season 1 for my birthday because I was sad about losing the first. Some the other duplicates I also got as birthday presents from people who didn't know I had them. So really I'm not just throwing money into a pit.
