Description
Well, I must say I love the designs of movie versions of anything except The X-men. Here. I challenged myself if I could draw the Transformers, specifically Bumblebee. When it's all done, you'll understand why I chose to draw him in that manner. I guess we'll have to wait for that.Technically, the whole thing is made traditionally with the exception of the tires which I did with PS. Then, except for the long straight lines on his arm, I didn't use a ruler for this. I guess I still have my Architecture values to this day. I would have wanted to take Industrial Design though.

I have to say, the technical details that you've put into this piece has paid off by the truckloads.
Wonderful job, as always.

It's funny that you say you hate the X-men movie versions. To this day I cant stand the way they looked, I dont know who said (Hey lets make them look nothing like they do in the comics)???

Agree. I know it may look stupid wearing yellow spandex but they could've made a more similar design.

This is just nuts. It took a computer to do this the first time around. You did it shape by shape. That's just crazy.

For work like this, using vector tools would make drawing circles and straight lines a whole lot easier. Then you can always colour it in Photoshop if you're not tempted to do it in Illustrator.
I'd go with Illustrator 100% of the way though.
