Meet Spider-Bolt, an electric based Spider-Man based superhero of my persona, I saw some variations of other artist with their own Spider-Man based characters, and I thought it would be cool to create one from my persona (Don't worry, it doesn't mean Thunder-Bolt is gone forever)The lore behind Spider-Bolt:
When River was bonded with the Symbiote that gave him his Thunder-Bolt powers, and in time, the Symbiote evolves granted it's host new powers, powers of a spider, like spider sense and spider's stickiness. River was able to unlock electro webs (low voltage electro webs) when the Symbiote granted him new powers, and his Whiteligher girlfriend Lisa created his new costume and the Symbiote melded with it and it can morph the suit onto River whenever he's needed
