I would very much like to use this icon as the feature icon for a new open source software project I've started on, but there is little information about the license other than Copyright, which means "All Rights Reserved". Do you license this icon for commercial and non-commercial use?

okay so first download it. then extract the .rar file via winrar. if you don't have winrar you can download it here [link] once you have it extracted there should appear a new folder wherever you extracted the file to (for example to your desktop). the folder includes three items: the preview that you can see above, a png-folder and a ico-folder. now it depends on what operating system you have. i don't know how to chnage icons on macs or linux. on windows you right-click the icon you want to change > go to "properties" > after the properties window poped up click on the last tab > then click "change icon". now another window should pop up including the standart system icons. click on browse and search for the icon you just downloaded (obviously depending on where you saved it at) > click on it > the click apply. the icon should change now.
just ask if you have any problems.

If you where to put pieces of paper in the box it would be a kick but documents folder icon!

I'm thinking about uploading the PSD file of it so everybody can put in it what they want. but I'm afraid someone would rip it then. an also got uploading issues as you know
