So, I though a Wind Waker Dark Link would be cool...It was born like this, I was looking at the art of the new MCR album and I thought this one flag looked sweet so I drew it and thought, "well golly gee, that looks like Link's hat!" (I'm a bit of a dork you see, and I think things look like Link at times) So I up and drew a head and some ears on the far end of the flag-turned hat. And thus the re-run type picture.

As has been said before, it does not really resemble anything in the wind waker style and clearly did not require much time, as there isn't much detail nor coloring done...Nevertheless, the sheer style is something worthy of an applause.

Absolutely love it! Silhouettes are hard to get, at least for me. This is beautifully done. Nice work!! I just love how long and wispy the hat is.

thanks! The secret to the silhouette is to just draw something normal and fill it in w/ all black. very easy, especially in ye olde phototshop.

it's funny cause he makes such a brief cameo in the game. but really i like it better that way. less is more.

it's very late into the night at this point in time, and I have been looking through piles of Zelda and Link fanarts, and now I am satisfied. Out of all the pics I've seen tonight yours is (to me) the most interesting and beautiful. I shall go to sleep tonight with my zelda thrist quite quenched.
