I love Paint Tool SAI. xDWell, I created this alien like two weeks ago, and it's almost the only thing I drew since then.
It took an eternity to do, but only because of the exoskeleton plates. You can even see how lazy I was at the end by looking at the light on these plates! xD
I love the pants, tough.
I'll probably submit more drawings of this alien, and I'll probably explain this race backstory/culture/whatever then.
But for now, I'm way too lazy.

But now that I'm here, I think I'll say something useful too.
I like the concept of the double pupils in the eyes on top, and the shading in the scales and pants and everything else is pretty godly. But I think that the ...lower legs? (However you want to call them, this is your alien, you get to name everything from him) should be longer and the feet a bit bigger. Or maybe adding a tail, since currently he looks like he needs to struggle to not fall if he has to walk. Well, unless he's living on an low-gravity planet?
I don't know, it's just my personal opinion. I don't think I have any right to tell you what to do here.

It indeed lives on a low gravity planets but its legs still seem awkward there. I hadn't really finished their design.
