I did an art thing! Sort of. I've had so little inspiration to do any art stuff for so long that when a random image in 'Inside Number 9' sparked off an idea last night, I grabbed it and wrestled it onto the screen. It's not very exciting, but I'm posting to celebrate the fact that I actually managed to sit at my PC with some arty programmes open without my brain going 'Nope!' and hounding me off to another part of the house. Not sure this means my art block is going, but it's a step in the right direction.

of his head and his expression, there is plenty of attitude conveyed there! There is a
sense of drama from his pose as well, the camera angle and the lighting. You did great
with this one!

Love it! So many possibilities for a story behind this! A spy master trying to figure out the location of someone he is hunting. A general contemplating his next move in war. A mage studying spells or a prince looking at important correspondence. So awesome!

Well, after due consideration, I've decided he's a half-elf fighter mage delving into the dark arts. He should know better given what happened last time, but for some people the lust for power through arcane shortcuts is just too strong. There. That's my nonsense over for today.
