Description
Hi everyone. Here's a Cinema 4D lava shader that I made because I was bored, and wanted to practice my texture abilities. It turned out very well, IMO, so I want to share it with anyone who want it
Click download on the side to download it. Also, you need advanced renderer to get a good result. without AR, it will look completely flat.

depends on how detailed you want it. If you want to simulate the lava flow, you'll need some heavy fluid sim software. If you just want to animate a texture, it'll be easier, but still take quite a bit of knowledge in procedural shading. I think you should start with something easier if you're knew to 3D/C4D.
